Passive: restore 1 Mana per second, doubled while no equipped Active Heart is affordable.
Reset rule
Always active while equipped; it has no buildup or reset.

Compatible modifiers

Gentle Spring rolls only Passive Potency because its effect has no buildup. It uses harmful T1–T3 values and beneficial T4–T10 values; the Heart's elemental identity is an affinity rather than a damage source.

Passive modifier rules

Passive Potency
Multiplies Gentle Spring, Stonebound, and Windborne benefits, plus Empty Throne's damage reward. It does not reduce fixed drawbacks or Empty Throne's Mana surcharge.
Attunement Speed
Accelerates buildup toward the full effect. Gentle Spring and Empty Throne are always active and do not roll Attunement Speed.
Affinity
Earth, Fire, Ice, Lightning, and Force remain as forge and visual identities, but Passive Hearts deal no damage and cannot inflict ailments.
