Exploration rule

Explore first. Plan second.

The map records what the hero has personally explored inside the active dimension. It helps with route planning without revealing the world ahead.

  • Reveal nearby groundTerrain inside the gameplay viewport becomes seen.
  • Mark the route you walkedCrossed tiles remain distinct from merely seen terrain.
  • Keep discovery intactUnexplored routes and concealed discoveries stay hidden.
Return to the game

Map input comes from the same shared control catalog used by the game.

Open or close

Open or close the active map viewer.

02 · Navigate

Pan explored ground

Use directional movement inputs to move the viewer across explored portions of the current map.

03 · Resume

Return to play

Close the viewer to restore normal movement and combat input.

Exploration record

Revealed

Seen terrain

Tiles revealed inside the gameplay viewport become visible even when the hero has not stepped on them.

Crossed

Visited terrain

Tiles crossed by the hero are recorded separately, making your traveled route easy to retrace.

Hidden

Unexplored terrain

The viewer does not expose unvisited route structure or concealed discoveries.
